Autism
& Neurodivergent Therapy

Autism doesn’t always look the way people expect.

Many autistic teens, young adults, and adults, especially those who are thoughtful, verbal, high-masking, or identified later in life, have spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, socially exhausted, or like they’re somehow “too much” or “not enough.”

Therapy is not about forcing neurotypical expectations or teaching you to perform a version of yourself that feels less authentic.

It’s about helping life feel less exhausting, relationships feel less confusing, and your internal world feel easier to navigate.

Our work together focuses on helping you:

  • Reduce overwhelm, shutdown, burnout, and chronic nervous system stress

  • Better understand masking, autistic burnout, and patterns draining your energy

  • Improve communication and reduce relationship tension or feeling misunderstood

  • Better manage emotional regulation, transitions, and recovery from stress

  • Build practical systems that work for your brain—not against it

  • Feel less shame, self-criticism, or pressure to constantly “keep up”

  • Better understand and advocate for your needs, boundaries, and accommodations

  • Create a life that feels more sustainable, authentic, and workable

Clients often describe my style as warm, direct, practical, and genuinely supportive. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, not judged or pathologized, and supported in creating meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable.

I work with autistic clients and other neurodivergent adults, young adults, and older teens navigating autism, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, trauma, rejection sensitivity, and identity-related stress.

I offer private-pay autism & neurodivergent-affirming therapy in Concord, MA, serving MetroWest clients in person and via telehealth across Massachusetts.

Individual therapy sessions are $200 for 55 minutes. Superbills are available for clients using out-of-network benefits.
