For some people, anxiety lives mostly in the mind. For others, it shows up in the body: racing heart, tight chest, dizziness, nausea, GI issues, restlessness, muscle tension, difficulty sleeping, or panic attacks that feel sudden, intense, and frightening.
Successful anxiety therapy is not about forcing yourself to “just calm down.”
It’s about helping your mind and body feel safer, steadier, and less controlled by fear.

Clients often describe my style as warm, direct, practical, and genuinely supportive. My goal is to create a space where you feel emotionally safe enough to be honest while also helping you create meaningful movement, not endless analysis.
I work with adults, young adults, and older teens (15+) navigating generalized anxiety, panic attacks, health anxiety, perfectionism, social anxiety, chronic stress, and anxiety that overlaps with trauma, ADHD, or major life transitions.
I offer private-pay anxiety therapy in Concord, MA, serving MetroWest clients in person and via telehealth across Massachusetts.
Individual therapy sessions are $200 for 55-minutes. Superbills are available for clients with out-of-network benefits.
